Discover the Role
The purpose of the role is to support the HR team with various general HR tasks and activities as preparation of documents, answer and coordinate HR related queries, maintain HR data in the HR systems, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of HR documents (employment agreements, job descriptions, addendums, termination documents, etc.)
  • Provide support to the employees and answer HR related queries, guided and supported by the HR manager and HR colleagues 
  • Assisting in preparation of routine correspondence to various parties
  • Enter, maintain and update the employee data in the HR systems and reports
  • Work with payroll data and provide payroll information to Payroll team and HR team
  • Support with variety of HR activities as follows: HR administration; onboarding, extract and prepare HR reports from the HR systems, etc.
  • Support the internal HR team with other HR related tasks.

Key Requirements
  • Students or fresh graduates in the HR area
  • Very good level of English as will need to communicate in English
  • Similar previous experience will be advantage
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel and PPT would be considered as advantage.
  • Motivation to work and develop in the HR area
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
