We are looking for a Senior Automation Analyst to design, develop, and deliver high-quality automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and support business transformation. This role plays a key part in leveraging automation technologies to improve workflows, ensure scalability, and maintain compliance with TMF Group’s global security and business continuity standards.
The Senior Automation Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and regional operations to analyze processes, assess feasibility, and implement sustainable automation solutions.
- Analyze and estimate new automation opportunities, quickly assessing feasibility and business impact.
- Design and develop automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and Power Apps.
- Create and maintain solution design documents, release notes, and user guides.
- Develop high-quality unit test cases, ensuring strong test coverage and reliability.
- Provide support during and immediately after go-live, evaluating live automation processes and resolving emerging issues.
- Identify and communicate technical and infrastructure requirements for automation solutions.
- Translate business processes, workflow diagrams, and requirements into effective automated solutions.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with internal standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Work independently with limited supervision, applying deep knowledge of automation platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in automation, ideally within a leading IT or technology-driven organization.
- Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
- Solid experience in .NET programming.
- Experience working with MS SQL Server or other databases.
- Python programming experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business and technical problems methodically.
- Proven ability to understand workflow-based logic and convert business processes into automated solutions.
- Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
