Discover the Role

Based in Mauritius, the HR Administrative will join the TMF France’s HR&Payroll division within a dynamic international team.

He/She will work closely with the HRP Supervisor and Managers to handle all points linked to administrative payroll tasks. His/her goal will be to act as a key user on the HRP administrative tasks, to support the team and perform all administrative requests. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Occupational medicine with overall tasks, examples: employer and employee affiliations, following annual and punctual invoicing.
  • DPAE, employee declaration nearby of the URSSAF.  
  • Affiliation of client’s employees to life care and health care insurance plan.   
  • Attestation vigilances.
  • Various Attestations.
  • And all tasks deemed useful by the management team.

Key Requirements

Administrative skills

  • Good Knowledge of English (C1)
  • Good Knowledge in French (C1)
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
