TMF Group is looking for a payroll specialist to join our Seoul office!


Key Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains relationship with clients and internal/external stakeholders;
     Manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll data to the highest levels of accuracy and performed timely;
  • Performs daily work with high complexity, including closing full set of books, SFC compliance documents, capital account, annual financial statements, profits tax returns with tax computations, trade and shipping services, and other tailor made management reports/ financial analysis;
  • Performs financial fluctuation analysis for key clients;
  • Query management with internal and external- 3rd party stakeholders;
  • Assist Manager/AM/Sr.Executives in preparing proposal for clients;

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
     Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or Accountancy or any related disciplines is preferred;
  • 3+years relevant experience in professional firms or multinational companies
  • Experience in accounting/payroll/shipping and banking procedures;
  • Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices;
  • Advanced excel skill set;
  • Good knowledge of local system;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Korean.
