Discover the Role

The Global Entity Management Consultant will report to the Practice Head of Global Entity Management and work closely with the team and other stakeholders in the Client Function including Segment Heads, Global Pricing and Client Execution. An experiences professional who will be a key contributor with the Practice, the Consultant will own numerous projects which are key to the development of TMF's Entity Management Strategy and Proposition, establishing our firm as a best-in-class provider with our client. A specific focus of the role will be leading outbound projects requested by clients within the same region as well as supporting inbound projects from clients HQ outside the region.


Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize knowledge of the service line (“Practice”) and industry to identify new opportunities for growth and assist with innovation and proposition development initiatives.
  • Work as one team with the commercial team to support go-to-market plan that delivers the required new business growth for the practice in partnership with other leaders in the client organisation.
  • Support strategic new and expanded business opportunities, client retention, and critical client escalations in region.
  • Own and drive key projects linked to the enhancement of the Practice value proposition.
  • Nurture efficient and effective cooperation across different functions (commercial, service delivery, client management, capex requirements, and operations and technology etc.).
  • Identify and surface opportunities based on current market trends and the broader context of the industry.
  • Support engage with and manage relationships with analysts and other industry/professional bodies such as Everest, Society, etc.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Function to drive brand awareness and value proposition via multiple channels (digital, events, PR etc.)

Key Requirements
  • Industry expert in the relevant Practice (Global Entity Management)
  • Significant relevant practice experience (minimum 7 years).
  • Experience in client relationship management, worked with key clients being responsible for delivery, execution, escalations and growing portfolio.
  • Demonstrable experience of operating at a senior management level within a complex and matrixed organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and organisational skills with proven experience in executing strategy and plans.
  • Ability to collaborate, define, and deliver outcomes in an international matrix environment across a broad set of cultures and business practices.
  • Gravitas to engage with stakeholders from all levels of the business.
  • Growth mindset and high-energy “get it done” attitude to drive change globally.
  • Experience building and managing global/regional relationships and partnering with cross-functional leaders and teams.
  • Extensive sales experience with the ability to originate, drive, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strong customer service experience with a proven ability to produce positive results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate results and ideas clearly and concisely using a variety of media/formats.
  • Acts with the highest level of integrity, generating trust and protecting TMF’s interests.
  • Ability to work under pressure without formal structure and with minimal supervision.


Compensation: 150-200K
