Discover the Role

The CDD Officer will coordinate the overall operations of the reporting officers to ensure sufficient capacity to serve the assigned market. They will lead the team to enhance the stakeholder experience.


Key Responsibilities

·        Support team communication, engagement, and operations through regular check-ins, training, and leadership.

·        Foster clear communication and encourage speaking up within the team.

·        Schedule 1:1 conversations with Associates to check in.

·        Follow up on team engagement in coordination with the Team Manager.

·        Support team members in using available tools for tracking purposes (e.g., Culture Amp).

·        Maintain oversight of backlog and overdue reviews/onboardings. 

·        Follow up with offices on any pending items in coordination with the officers. 

·        When required, interact directly with clients in coordination with the officer or any stakeholder involved in the onboarding/review process. Liaise with the Team Manager as needed. 

·        Enforce the use of shared mailboxes exclusively for correspondence. 

·        Take responsibility for organizing folders and subfolders for oversight. 

·        Cascade communications and work orders. 

·        Ensure team members are familiar with the TMF AML Policy, guidance notes, and manuals. 

·        Serve as the knowledge point for compliance and market-related questions.


Key Requirements
  • Degree Educated
  • Proven experience in KYC, CDD, or related compliance roles, with a track record of leadership.
  • Strong process management skills, with the ability to design and implement efficient workflows.
  • Excellent people management and team leadership skills, including mentoring and conflict resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC regulations, client screening processes, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex escalations.
  • Advanced English Skills (B2-C1).
