We are seeking a highly motivated Fund Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with the four-eyes principle, supporting fund operations, and safeguarding the quality of deliverables. The Fund Specialist will play a key role in managing client onboarding, reviewing fund documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fund services.

• Act as reviewer for fund-related deliverables in accordance with compliance requirements.

• Support client onboarding and kick-off processes, ensuring timely execution of services.

• Review fund documentation, agreements, and operational workflows to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and streamline processes.

• Monitor pipeline projects and provide oversight to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Contribute to risk management by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of fund structures, compliance requirements, and operational processes.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fund administration or asset management.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
