We are seeking a highly motivated Fund Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with the four-eyes principle, supporting fund operations, and safeguarding the quality of deliverables. The Fund Specialist will play a key role in managing client onboarding, reviewing fund documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fund services.
Act as reviewer for fund-related deliverables in accordance with compliance requirements.
Support client onboarding and kick-off processes, ensuring timely execution of services.
Review fund documentation, agreements, and operational workflows to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and streamline processes.
Monitor pipeline projects and provide oversight to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
Contribute to risk management by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Strong knowledge of fund structures, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fund administration or asset management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
