Discover the Role

As the Bilingual Marketing Executive for North America and Caribbean market, you will support the development and execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns and programs that build brand awareness and generate leads across the region.


Working closely with the Marketing Lead for North America and Caribbean, the global Group Marketing team, market commercial teams, and subject matter experts, you will help implement campaigns and take ownership of selected initiatives such as local events and webinars that deliver key messages and value propositions to the right audience at the right time.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of marketing plans for the North America and Caribbean market, leveraging the global marketing team framework, assets, and resources.
  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing activities including content creation, events, webinars, email and social media marketing.
  • Independently manage local events and webinars, ensuring alignment with brand standards and regional objectives.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance, tailoring where required and providing insights for future campaigns optimizations.
  • Act as a brand champion in region, ensuring all collateral and brand materials are up to standard.
  • Collaborate across functions, business lines and cultures to ensure success of the campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with local commerical teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of TMF Group’s services and client needs.

Key Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience in a B2B services industry.
  • Experience in campaign execution across the full marketing spectrum.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • ‘Can do’ attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong adherence to established processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing execution, efficiency and insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus).
  • University degree required.
  • Experience in the professional services industry would be beneficial.
