The Commercial Product & Programme Director is accountable for defining and delivering a portfolio of commercial platforms and capabilities under the Commercial Transformation 2.0 Programme, with a primary focus on Contract Management, CRM, and Service Management tooling, alongside the acceleration of AI‑enabled “Bionic Seller” capabilities.
The role will translate commercial ambition into executable product strategies and integrated programmes that materially improve growth, win rates, productivity, and client experience across TMF’s commercial lifecycle.
This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role that blends product vision, programme execution, and commercial impact, and acts as the bridge between Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Change.
- Define and own the end‑to‑end product strategy for Contract Management, CRM, and Service Management tooling within Commercial Transformation 2.0.
- Ensure platforms are aligned to how TMF sells, contracts, delivers, and manages services globally, and integrate cleanly with the service catalogue, pricing, and delivery ecosystem.
- Lead the design and execution of complex, multi‑workstream programmes from concept through to scaled global adoption.
- Own programme governance, sequencing, dependencies, funding cases, and delivery outcomes across Commercial, Technology, and Operations.
- Drive timely decision‑making, risk management, and delivery discipline to ensure benefits realisation.
- Lead the build‑out of modern contract management capabilities that improve commercial control, CRN handling, transparency, and scalability.
- Ensure contract tooling supports consistent pricing, deal governance, lifecycle management, and regulatory/commercial compliance.
- Enable adoption across new deals and existing client portfolios globally.
- Own the evolution of CRM and service management tooling as core commercial enablers, from lead and opportunity through to onboarding, service delivery, and renewal.
- Ensure tooling drives consistent commercial processes, better data quality, and joined‑up client visibility across global and local teams.
- Partner with Sales, Client Directors, and Operations to embed platforms into day‑to‑day ways of working.
- Align Commercial, Technology, Data, Operations, and Change teams around shared priorities, outcomes, and trade‑offs.
- Provide clear, confident leadership across global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Proven senior experience leading commercial platforms and transformation programmes (CRM, contract management, service management, or adjacent domains).
- Strong product mindset combined with programme execution capability.
- Demonstrated success delivering change that drives real commercial outcomes, not just system implementations.
- Deep stakeholder management and executive influence skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, contracting, and service delivery models.
- Experience embedding AI or automation into commercial or sales workflows.
- Exposure to complex, global, multi‑service organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business value.
