- Assist in the preparation and validation of data required for end-to-end payroll processing.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of payroll-related documentation and records.
- Prepare and maintain payroll data related to wages, employee declarations, statutory reports, and accounting entries.
- Support payroll posting activities and maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients to gather necessary payroll inputs and resolve queries.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes, wage calculations, and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HR systems (preferred).
- Ability to manage timelines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
