We are looking for an experienced Payroll Compliance Executive to manage statutory compliance and support payroll operations across multiple clients. This role involves ensuring accurate filings, maintaining compliance standards, and coordinating with internal teams and government authorities. The ideal candidate should be detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling compliance-driven responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and Shops & Establishment Act
- Manage statutory filings such as PF (ECR), ESIC, PT, and LWF returns within defined timelines
- Verify payroll-related statutory calculations and ensure accuracy of deductions and contributions
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per compliance requirements
- Liaise with government authorities for compliance, submissions, and query resolution
- Handle compliance activities for multiple clients/portfolios efficiently
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of compliance tasks
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and statutory filings
- Understanding of Shops & Establishment, Gratuity, and Bonus Act is an added advantage
- Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Comfortable with travel to government offices as required
- Candidates based in Western Line (Mumbai) will be preferred
