Discover the Role
As a Junior Legal Officer, you will support the day-to-day legal and corporate administration of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process documentations relating to changes in corporate governance, including appointment, resignation;
  • Assist with the set-up, restructuring or liquidation of Luxembourg entities;
  • Draft and review corporate and legal documents, including service agreements, loans or other agreements, share and registers;
  • Coordinate and perform regulatory fillings with the Luxembourg Trade, compagnies register and other authorities;
  • Maintain statutory registers and legal files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations;
  • Manage the opening or closing of bank accounts and oversee bank signatory controls;
  • Liaise with clients, notaries, external counsel and other stakeholders;
  • Support the organization of Boards and Shareholders meetings, including preparation of agendas, board packs and minutes;
  • Support the team with day-to-day client servicing and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Requirements
  • University degree in Law;
  • Up to 1-2 years of relevant experience in a fiduciary, corporate services provider or law firm;
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse external stakeholders;
  • Collaborative, people-oriented approach and willingness to work closely with team members;
  • Excellent command of English, additional languages such as French or German are considered an advantage.
