Discover the Role
The Senior CRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications within TMF Group. The role requires a tech-driven, client-focused professional who can translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring system efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Development & Customization

  • Develop and maintain custom applications, entities, workflows, and reports in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Extend CRM capabilities through custom business logic, plug-ins, and integrations
  • Customize CRM interfaces including web client and Outlook integration

2. Solution Design & Integration

  • Design business processes and system integrations between CRM and other applications
  • Architect solutions using .NET, C#, APIs (REST/SOAP), and CRM SDK
  • Implement third-party applications to enhance CRM functionality

3. Testing & Implementation

  • Conduct application testing for configurations and customizations
  • Participate in requirement analysis sessions with clients
  • Support new CRM implementations and upgrades

4. CRM Operations & Enhancements

  • Work on Canvas and Model-Driven apps using CDS (Common Data Service)
  • Optimize database performance using MS SQL, SSRS, SSIS
  • Handle continuous enhancements and system improvements

5. Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CRM technologies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Provide technical guidance and drive solution alignment with business needs

Key Requirements

Experience

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development
  • Experience in CRM implementation, customization, and integration projects
  • Exposure to stakeholder management and client-facing roles

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in:
    • .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
    • JavaScript, HTML, Web development
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM APIs (REST/ODATA, SOAP)
  • Knowledge of:
    • MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS (performance tuning & reporting)
    • Azure DevOps & development lifecycle
    • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) & Object-Oriented Design
  • Experience with:
    • Version control systems & CI/CD pipelines
    • Customization, workflows, plug-ins, and integration modules

Additional Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead requirement discussions and translate business needs into solutions
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and team-focused approach
