Procurement Support
· Collect, manipulate, process TMF Spend data for TMF Group’s global markets and present a clear, concise overview of the data to senior stakeholders
· Provide data-driven insights that influence vendor selection and cost-saving strategies
· Accountable for ensuring procurement data is accurate, insightful and presented on-time
· Lead market centric procurement initiatives to identify cost saving opportunities and support the organisation in direct negotiations with vendors
Real Estate Support
· Lead the global Occupancy Analysis Program, automating monthly office utilisation data collection and delivering clear insights into workplace occupancy
· Maintain accurate data on TMF Group’s 140 office RE portfolio through Power BI platform and ensure it is updated in real time
· Ensure Lease Tracker data is updated automatically
· Maintenance and presentation of Savings & CapEx tracker for RE projects
· Support the development of key real estate strategies and documentation such as the Greenlight PPT and both the business case narrative and financial analysis
· Support RE leasing and renovation projects with financial analysis
· Supports lease transactions by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers during contract negotiations and renewals
Coordination
· Works closely with Market management, legal, IT and finance teams
· Develop good working relationships with key stakeholders
Operations
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Manage and analyze global office occupancy data
Use Power BI for dashboards and real-time reporting
Automate data collection processes (occupancy, lease tracking)
Track and maintain Savings & CapEx data
Understand corporate real estate operations
Support lease management and renewals
Maintain real estate portfolio data (140+ offices)
Perform financial analysis for leasing and renovation projects
Prepare occupancy reports and insights
Create business case documents and financial summaries
Develop presentations (e.g., Greenlight PPT)
Convert data into clear, actionable insights
Collaborate with Market teams, Legal, IT, and Finance
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers
Support contract negotiations and lease renewals
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for efficiency and automation
Improve data tracking and reporting workflows
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Monitor lease tracker and portfolio data
Ensure attention to detail in documentation
Advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with lease management tools
Understanding of space utilization and workplace strategy
