TMF is hiring a specialist for secondment services in Shanghai


Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monthly VAT filings, quarterly Corporate Income Tax (CIT) prepayments, stamp duty and disability employment security fund declarations, monthly financial reporting, key tax source filings, as well as contract filing and withholding tax calculation and filing for outbound remittances on non-trade payments;
  • Handle annual CIT reconciliation, including R&D super deduction expense compilation, as well as preparation of annual statutory filings and country-by-country (CbC) reporting;
  • Review and submit daily and monthly financial reports, including liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) reports and net stable funding ratio (NSFR) reports;
  • Review invoices and supporting documents, prepare input VAT adjustment entries in a timely manner, and be responsible for organizing and reviewing monthly closing accounts;
  • Prepare management expense reports and review employee travel and expense reimbursements.

Key Requirements
  • Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business related disciplines; 
  • 2 – 4 years relevant experience in professional firms or multinationals; 
  • Experience in accounting/tax and banking procedures; 
  • Sound knowledge of international and local accounting practices; 
  • Advanced excel skill set; Good knowledge of local system (e.g. Kingdee);
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
