TMF Group is looking for a O2C Specialist in our Kuala Lumpur Office!

• Review customer accounts
• Communicate with clients and follow up on overdue invoices
• Monitor debt collection
• Align and follow up with service delivery managers regarding overdue items
• Manage disputes
• Follow defined policies and procedures
• Report periodically or upon request
• Accurately and timely perform all activities according to the guidelines received from the Team Leader

• University/College degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Very good command of English (both verbal and written)
• Very good MS Excel skills
• Strong communication skills
