Discover the Role

We are looking for a Treasury Senior Assistant with a strong commercial focus, capable of executing treasury operations while identifying business opportunities, building strategic client relationships, and delivering value.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine financial expertise with a business mindset, take ownership of processes, and directly contribute to revenue growth through a proactive, results-driven approach.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end treasury operations (payments, cash flow, bank account management, accounts receivable)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identify commercial opportunities within existing clients and support business growth initiatives
  • Participate in cross-selling treasury and administrative services
  • Monitor WIP, monetization, and financial performance with a revenue-oriented mindset
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Manage treasury processes independently, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and profitability
  • Support the expansion of treasury services under the SSC/EMS model

Key Requirements
  • Experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Finance-related roles
  • Exposure to client-facing or commercially oriented responsibilities
  • Strong business and sales mindset, with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Senior profile with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, payments, and preferably FX/exchange operations
  • Advanced English level (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Results-driven, with experience working toward KPIs (including commercial metrics)
