Discover the Role

We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our Global HR & Payroll (HRP) Delivery Team.

This is a client-facing consulting role focused on the design, implementation, support, and optimization of integrations between Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering global integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange between client systems and TMF's payroll and HR platforms.

As an Integration Consultant, you will work closely with clients, onboarding teams, local offices, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative and scalable integration solutions across multiple countries and jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities

Integration Delivery & Solution Development

  • Support the delivery of TMF's Integration Services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Design, implement, and maintain integration solutions based on client requirements.
  • Support the rollout of new integrations, enhancements, and functionality across global clients.
  • Contribute to the development of integration services for clients utilizing different HCM and ERP systems.
  • Ensure integrations remain aligned with country-specific requirements and evolving platform functionality.
  • Support HR system migration projects and technology transformation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain mapping documentation required to transform client integration files.
  • Take ownership of the continuous improvement and evolution of HRP integration solutions.

Technical Consulting & Integration Expertise

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TMF global integration solutions.
  • Work with APIs, web services, and integration frameworks to enable automated data exchange.
  • Collaborate with IT development teams and local offices to optimize integration processes and architecture.
  • Conduct solution reviews and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Track, escalate, and support the resolution of integration-related risks and issues.
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and communication artifacts.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Partner with clients, onboarding teams, local offices, and technology partners throughout implementation projects.
  • Gather and document business requirements.
  • Lead blueprinting and solution design workshops.
  • Present technical solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support pre-sales activities, technical demonstrations, and customer presentations when required.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a global matrix environment.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain project plans, documentation, and implementation schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and support timely issue resolution.
  • Escalate risks, delays, and resource constraints when appropriate.
  • Contribute to lessons learned activities and process improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing forums and global HRP initiatives.
  • Support internal training sessions, webinars, and enablement programs.

Team Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across global teams.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing, and customer-focused culture.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working on integrations involving HCM and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and web services.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP frameworks.
  • Solid SQL and database management knowledge.
  • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of XML and XSLT.
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms:
    • Workday Integration Cloud / Cloud Connect
    • Oracle Integration Cloud
    • SAP Integration Tools (including SAP CPI)
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git, SVN, or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Visio
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Word
  • Intermediate proficiency with:
    • Power BI
    • CRM platforms
    • Project management tools

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience within the HR and Payroll industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering integrations involving HCM and ERP platforms.
  • Previous experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience working with both technical and functional stakeholders.
  • Strong client-facing consulting experience.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
