Katowice is also the location for our second structure - the Regional Delivery Center, whose task is to serve the European markets of our clients, companies from the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 rankings. As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

To drive delivery of complex activities or projects, applying deep expertise to solve problems, improve processes, and ensure high-quality outcomes. The role operates independently, contributes to project or service improvements, and provides guidance or informal leadership to less experienced colleagues while supporting broader team objectives.


The position is hybrid - with attendance at our Warsaw/Katowice office expected once every quarter.


Key Responsibilities

Complex Delivery Management

Deliver complex activities or projects with minimal supervision

Ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standards


Subject Matter Expertise

Act as a recognized SME within the team

Provide technical support for complex issues and client requirements


Problem Solving & Improvement

Analyse and resolve complex issues, taking a proactive approach

Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies


Stakeholder Management

Build relationships with key stakeholders across functions and geographies

Manage expectations and provide solutions to challenges


Team Support & Guidance

Provide informal guidance to junior team members

Support knowledge sharing and capability development

Technical & Functional Expertise

In-depth knowledge in own discipline and good understanding of related areas

Ability to act as a subject matter expert for complex issues

Strong proficiency in advanced tools, methodologies and frameworks


Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Strong stakeholder management across different levels and regions

Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to independently manage complex deliverables or projects

Key Requirements

Experience

3-5 years of experience

coordinates and supervises daily activities of a small team

sets priorities and supports performance/engagement actions with oversight from more senior managers.

Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset)


Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).


People management experience

Demonstrated first-line team leadership (work allocation, coaching, review/quality oversight) consistent with “supervises daily activities” expectation. 


Certifications

Practitioner-level PM certification (PRINCE2/Agile)
