We are currently looking for a Senior Associate to join our HR & Payroll Services Team.
1. Create and maintain each client file, including filing folders, work instructions, payroll calendars, trusted sources, etc.
2. Perform end-to-end payroll processing of medium complexity, including:
- Data input into the payroll system
- Monthly payroll calculations
- Final payment calculations
- Employee benefits administration (leave, claims, etc.)
- HR-related matters
- Bank file preparation
- Monitoring fund requests and receipts by deadlines
- Cash summary preparation
3. Perform statutory submissions, including preparation of Employer’s Tax Return and monthly pension submissions.
4. Ensure adherence to ISAE 3402 / OSPAR / ISO 27001 standards.
5. Ensure clients are invoiced accurately and on time.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preferably in Human Resource Management, Mathematics, Accounting, or other business-related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR/payroll within a payroll outsourcing environment; candidates without relevant experience will not be considered
- Experience handling client escalations, managing complaints, and providing effective problem resolution
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (mandatory requirement) — must be able to speak, read, write, and translate in Chinese to effectively support our stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical sensitivity
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in payroll or audit within a professional firm may be considered
