As the Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing a world class accounting & tax service to our clients. Since this is a senior role, you will stand as pivotal team member and assist the team with complex tasks, ensuring TMF’s clients are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations. In addition, you will also train and supervise our junior team members and contribute to other's development.
Through work for various clients from different industries, you will have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge of financial complexities. - Review management and statutory reports;
- Prepare and/or review statutory bookkeeping services based on ledger entries from client accounting software and accounting regulations;
- Prepare and/or review reconciliation between statutory and management accounting (US GAAP / IFRS);
- Prepare and/or review joint venture accounting;
- Prepare and/or review complex SAF-T reports from client software;
- Ensure correct and timely accounting entries performed by the team;
- Work on assigned projects with minimal support from the direct manager;
- Prepare and/or review correspondence with clients, including maintaining relationship with Group clients and their CSMs;
- Participating to all internal governance meetings with Global Teams;
- Liaise with authorities on topics such as tax audits, VAT reimbursements, reconciliations, and client fiscal file matters;
- Offer support to client during statutory and/or internal audits;
- Maintain regular contact with allocated clients regarding daily operations and other complex topics;
- Coordinate and supervise the activity of team members;
- Ensure appropriate training and onboarding of team members for their assigned tasks.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in managing the full accounting cycle;
- Strong knowledge of local accounting standards and statutory compliance requirements;
- Experience in preparing and reviewing management reports for clients
- Proven ability to manage activities for a portfolio of clients while ensuring service quality and timely delivery;
- Experience coordinating and supporting team members, including workload allocation, resource planning, and timesheet review across multiple client engagements;
- Ability to prepare and/or review volumetric data for month-end closing and internal reporting purposes;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or above, both written and spoken;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
