• Complex Delivery Management:

 - Deliver complex activities or projects with minimal supervision.

-Ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standards.

• Subject Matter Expertise:

- Act as a recognized SME within the team.

-Provide technical support for complex issues and client requirements.

• Problem Solving & Improvement:

- Analyze and resolve complex issues, taking a proactive approach.

- Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

• Stakeholder Management:

- Build relationships with key stakeholders across functions and geographies.

- Manage expectations and provide solutions to challenges.

• Team Support & Guidance:

- Provide informal guidance to junior team members.

- Support knowledge sharing and capability development.

- 3-5 senior experience; coordinates and supervises daily activities of a small team; sets priorities and supports performance/engagement actions with oversight from more senior managers.

 - Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset).

 - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

 -Demonstrated first-line team leadership (work allocation, coaching, review/quality oversight) consistent with "supervises daily activities" expectation. 

- Practitioner-level PM certification (PRINCE2/Agile).
