To lead and deliver complex projects, programmes or operational portfolios, ensuring successful outcomes through effective planning, stakeholder management, governance, and performance tracking. The role acts as a subject matter expert, drives continuous improvement, contributes to business growth opportunities, and operates with a high level of autonomy while influencing stakeholders and managing risk.


Key Responsibilities
  • Complex Delivery Management.
  • Deliver complex activities or projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, quality, and governance standards.
  • Subject Matter Expertise.
  • Act as a recognized SME within the team.
  • Provide technical support for complex issues and client requirements.

  • Analyse and resolve complex issues, taking a proactive approach.
  • Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across functions and geographies.

Key Requirements

3-5 senior experience; coordinates and supervises daily activities of a small team; sets priorities and supports performance/engagement actions with oversight from more senior managers.

Knowledge of service line or previous experience in HRP, A&T or GEM (asset)

Education

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

People management experience

Demonstrated first-line team leadership (work allocation, coaching, review/quality oversight) consistent with “supervises daily activities” expectation. 

Certifications

Practitioner-level PM certification (PRINCE2/Agile)
