We're looking for our Fall Co-ops!


Key Responsibilities
• Assist with the distribution of monthly and quarterly investor statements, tax documents, capital activity notices and fund communications.
• Review and maintain investor demographic information in accordance with subscription documents and onboarding requirements.
• Review and enter investor wire instructions within internal applications and banking platforms, as applicable.
• Assist with the collection and maintenance of KYC documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and TMF policies.
• Support the procurement, organization and categorization of U.S. and offshore tax documentation, including W forms and self-certification forms, to facilitate AEOI compliance.
• Assist with investor records management, document retention and data validation activities.
• Provide support with other investor services tasks and projects as required.

Key Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accounting or finance-related bachelor’s program 

• Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel 

• Eager to learn and develop in accounting. 

• Excellent communication skills
