As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.


Discover the Role

The Payroll Specialist is an experienced payroll professional responsible for independently managing payroll calculations but also ZUS corrections. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and supporting junior team members. The Payroll Specialist applies deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to handle advanced payroll scenarios, corrections, and contribute to continuous improvement. 


At this role you will be given the opportunity to work hybrid with only two office days per quarter from our Katowice location.



Key Responsibilities
  • Process ZUS corrections (especially those related to exceeding the annual limits)
  • Process complex payrolls, including advanced calculations, statutory updates
  • Ensure compliance with all local tax, social security, and labor regulations
  • Review and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy and completeness before finalization and client delivery
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries
  • Participate in client calls and meetings as needed
  • Collaborate with client contacts (e.g., HR, Finance) to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and outputs.

Key Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law regulations, social security contributions, and processing corrections related to exceeding the annual ZUS contribution limits
  • Technical knowledge of payroll processes
  • Proficiency in the Płatnik system, knowledge of Enova will be a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • English and Polish language skills at B2 level
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in processing and reviewing payroll data and reports
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships
  • Commitment to confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations
