Capital Markets & Credit Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Administration team in the delivery of all company secretarial, payment processing, onboarding and other administrative tasks within the client services team. You will also safeguard customer relations by ensuring that work is undertaken efficiently and effectively.
- Administer a portfolio of alternative investment fund structures, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned tasks
- Process calls, distributions, payments, foreign exchange, and TT transactions
- Manage transfer and sale of units, shares, and investor interests
- Perform company secretarial activities, including drafting minutes, preparing board packs, and corporate filings
- Support client onboarding and conduct KYC/due diligence reviews
- Prepare payment packs and supporting documentation for authorised signatory approval
- Respond to client and stakeholder queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and statutory filings in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Liaise closely with internal teams and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Review own work for accuracy and keep management informed of deliverable status and any issues
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A relevant professional qualification (completed or in progress) in Company Secretarial Practice, Fund Administration, Trust Administration, Governance, or Compliance.
- Previous experience in fund administration, company secretarial services, investor services, trust and corporate administration, or financial services administration.
- Exposure to Private Equity, Capital Markets, Credit Funds, or Alternative Investment Fund structures would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of or previous experience working with Channel Islands structures (Jersey and/or Guernsey) would be considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
- Effective workload management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client service orientation with the ability to respond professionally and promptly to client and stakeholder requests.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
