- Perform general accounting activities and reporting accurately and on a timely basis, including journal entry processing, accrual calculations, postings, and allocation processing.
- Ensure the accurate reconciliation of reports and balance sheet accounts.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with local offices and internal stakeholders through workflow tools and email communications to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Respond promptly to user queries, providing support, follow-up, and escalation of identified issues when necessary.
- Contribute to team objectives by meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Drive continuous process improvements and share best practices across the team.
- Support the team in achieving performance goals and overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or currently pursuing the final semesters of an Accounting degree (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (required).
- Knowledge of US GAAP is considered a strong asset (nice to have).
