Discover the Role

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity to establish and scale TMF’s Regional Delivery Center (RDC) in Kuala Lumpur, driving a high-performing, multi-site RDC model across APAC. The role requires an experienced RDC delivery leader with a proven track record in managing complex, multi-country RDC operations and collaborating effectively with regional offices and established RDCs, including those in India.

The successful candidate will bring deep RDC service line expertise across accounting, tax, entity management, payments, and payroll, alongside the ability to design and implement a value-efficient, outcome-driven RDC operating model. Critically, they will shape the RDC into a mature, scalable capability and a future profit centre through RDC operational excellence, strong P&L management, and a focus on productivity, standardisation, and RDC leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale the Kuala Lumpur Regional Delivery Center (RDC), establishing it as a high-performing, multi-site delivery hub supporting APAC markets.
  • Partner with regional offices and global stakeholders to transition work into the RDC and ensure seamless, high-quality, and consistent service delivery.
  • Build and lead a large, multi-disciplinary team across accounting, tax, entity management, payments, and payroll, with a focus on engagement, capability, and leadership development.
  • Drive operational excellence through productivity measurement, process optimisation, automation, and simplification of internal billing and performance metrics.
  • Own and manage the RDC P&L, ensuring cost efficiency, scalability, and progression towards a sustainable profit centre.
  • Embed a value-driven, outcomes-focused operating model aligned to global RDC standards and governance.
  • Champion a strong client-centric culture, ensuring delivery quality, risk management, and compliance with global standards (e.g., ISAE, ISO).

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience leading large-scale (200+) shared services, BPO, or Regional Delivery Center (RDC) environments across multiple geographies.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling delivery capability in complex, multi-site RDC environments, including collaboration with established RDCs in India.
  • Experience working closely with local market teams across Asia, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment.
  • Deep service line knowledge across accounting, tax, entity management, payments, and payroll (funds experience advantageous).
  • Commercially astute, with demonstrated P&L ownership and the ability to drive growth, efficiency, and performance through robust productivity and billing metrics.
  • Expertise in transition management, process improvement, and the implementation of enabling technologies.
  • Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and evolve RDC operating models.
